How Do I Get Traffic From My Articles?

One of the primary purposes for writing an article and the entire article marketing process is to generate traffic from your articles.

Check Backlink

The way the article directories make it easy for you to get traffic from your articles is that they allow you to link to your web site at the end of the article, or in a section they typically call the 'bio' where you tell a little about yourself and give readers a link to go to your web site.

The way I do it is using a squeeze page. I send the traffic from my articles to my squeeze page, then build a list from there. THEN I market to my list, not to my article readers.

I prefer to do that rather than send my article readers directly to a sales page or a flashy web site, as I find that it is better to develop a relationship with my readers before I begin to sell to them. You see, it doesn't make sense to sell to someone until you get to know them and what they need, right? Well, that's what list building allows me to do - get to know them, build a relationship with them, and then give them an opportunity to purchase products from me that will meet their needs. Of course, I automate all of my list building and relationship building, so that I am not literally emailing each of my 9000+ subscribers by hand each day - unless of course they have a question for me, and then I generally answer personally.
